It sounds like many of you have done really well with keeping up your cardio fitness in particular so well done! The new workout video is focused on strengthening the core which will be so important for when you return to the trampoline. A strong core is vital for strong take offs but also in reducing the risk of injury and back pain. So give this one a go, and try and include 3 or 4 core workout sessions a week into your schedule.
