We have received confirmation from British Gymnastics that sessions can restart where possible from 25th July which is very exciting news!
We are waiting for further information on what safety guidelines need to be followed but can confirm we will only run sessions within government and British Gymnastics safety guidelines. The safety of all our coaches and participants is our main concern.
We are also waiting for confirmation from Folkestone Sports Centre regarding their new procedures and so on. We hope to be in touch shortly with further information on when we can start and what guidelines will be in place to put your minds at ease.
As the return date will fall within the school summer holidays, we plan to run sessions on the basis we usually do at this time of year. This will mean that all sessions will be on a sign up basis. Once we have received the details from British Gymnastics and Folkestone Sports Centre we will be able to release the session dates and times we can offer.
Then in September we are expecting, as usual, for all sessions to resume with the same participants prior to lockdown subject to this meeting any new requirements by either British Gymnastics or Folkestone Sports Centre. As a club we have always opted for low numbers of participants in sessions to maximise quality so do not anticipate our session numbers being a concern. Please note that if you no longer wish to attend your session then you must give notice in the normal way before September.
We expect many of you are as excited as us to be back trampolining as soon as possible and we are looking forward to seeing you all soon.
