The 2022 Trampoline League season kicked off in Burgess Hill and both the coaches and competitors were buzzing afterwards! On Saturday, Issy Plant started the season well and performed two great routines in the 11-12 girls league 3 event, placing 28th and showing good potential to improve her placing in the group by improving her height. Josie Sivyer performed 2 stylish routines in the 15 girls league 3 category but unfortunately forgot a skill in her set which cost her scores! Nevertheless you could see a great improvement on Josie's form from her debut last November so well done Josie. In the 17 - 18 girls league 3 group, Eloise Plant sadly made a mistake on her set but pulled herself back together to perform a brilliant vol which was a higher tariff than she had ever performed before which was great to see. On Sunday Caitlin Lawrence made her debut at league 2, performing in the 13 - 14 girls group. Caitlin began brilliantly, jumping exceptionally well in her set. A slight wobble in the middle of her vol will have affected her scores but she fought hard to complete the routine well and placed a fantastic 14th, earning 12 points towards qualifying for league finals. Whilst not all performances went entirely to plan, everyone came away inspired and determined to improve. Can't wait to get back into training, focus on those goals and build for the next event!
